The real estate market is always changing. Our local economy is strong with expectation of growth this year in Saskatchewan. We are now in a balanced market with about 4 months supply in both condos and homes. We are not seeing as many overbids nor the crazy bidding wars of the past year. Mortgage brokers say they expect rates to stabilize in the new year.
